I had phoned the pharmacy this morning in regards to an emergency medication supply, although at first I was unable to get the result I wanted the woman who I had spoken to, (and wish I had gotten her name) was incredibly kind and caring, and explained everything to me. Not only this but she later called me back to as she had found a way to resolve the issue, she went above and beyond to make sure that I could get the medication I needed as quickly as possible and was so genuine and caring and I cannot thank her enough for her help

Rude staff. A female staff member with box dyed black hair proceeded to stand right in front of the section I was looking at first to buy an item. As I couldn’t see what I wanted due to this I took my custom elsewhere. Please retrain your staff as they lack basic customer skills and are outright rude

Visited doctors on Monday, I requested my prescription to be sent to boots pharmacy. went on Tuesday lunchtime to collect and they told me it wasn't ready to collect yet and to come back in a few hours time !! After coming out of work to collect my prescription which should have been there the day before. Why could it not have been made there whilst I was waiting??

The store smells really bad like urine on one of the aisles. Also staff are not attentive enough, I came in on two occasions around 20 minutes apart and the first I was stood at the till waiting and the cashier was just stood looking at her phone on the counter until a staff member asked "oh are free so and so there is a customer" the second I went to the medical till to purchase something and was stood waiting for 10 minutes until somebody arrived at the till. Boots did have every thing I needed but may shop elsewhere in future.
