Never got my product they are impossible to get on to horrible service would never use them ever again. If Speedy Booze could provide the quick response with their service the way they quickly responded to this review they wouldn't be getting one star reviews! Order was placed at 4:12pm I got a confirmation that it’s on the way it never arrived so that’s NOT at night in response to your response! I have the receipts. Buyer beware never use their services.

At first I was hesitant but I Literally just received my delivery a few mins ago. It’s legit as it gets and I only place an order a few hours ago. I will definitely be using this service again! Also customer service is very polite :)

Ordered at 13:45 on a Tuesday. Got an email 2 hours later stating they couldn't find the bottles, (???) and it would be delivered next day. Received my order Wednesday at 15:00. Maybe change name from "Speedy" to Next day booze delivery. Edit: After the owners response, I have to edit this review. 0 stars if I could. Yes, I got an email from your website stating they could not find 6 of the 1500ml bottles of the same kind, "anywhere" in Toronto, in the core of the city. A quick search of LCBO's near the address where I had it delivered, determined that was a lie. In fact, a day later, and actually before you delivered my order, a friend brought a few bottles over from an LCBO not that far from me. I guess I could have asked for a refund, or cancelled the order, but by that time, it was too late. I moved on. To type... Sorry to try to give me what I asked for???? The email I got was vague, didn't offer to cancel the order, just said it would be delivered next day. There was no effort to even contact me, besides email, to maybe work out substitutes. Your email to me, didn't even offer that. I have used other delivery services, one, in which, only offers things they can deliver within hours, based on the address you provide them, and I use a few. I see you don't work this way. If there was more communication, oh, lets say a phone call, to work things out, sure. An email over 2 hours after the order was placed, that I missed and had to make other plans... nah. Don't worry, you won't have to deal with me again.
