I buy restaurant Parotta last 2 years for $72 now they’ve changed the price to $76.94 they never told me about the price and I bought it, same thing happened last week with samosas I advised please inform us if there’s any price changes, 2 week ago I sent my friend to buy 6’1 inch boxes, he doesn’t know which one he should take he FaceTime me and showed the boxes in the display , I told him what I need , than he asked the cashier where can I get the boxes they showed him where it is, when I checked the boxes after we bought its very small , I informed the lady also that the display boxes and the one they’ve for sale is different, they never changed the display, and today I just bought another case of boxes was trying to tell the owner to change the display boxes, he’s telling that I have attitude, and he said his staffs know better than me about the food and everything, I’m a graduated in hotel management and food industry back in 2003 and I have 16 years of experience. They’re not even trying to listen customers point, if it’s continued I wouldn’t go there and never suggest any one. I just wanna add this for your information, I was talking about the price information and you are talking about the last 2 years Same now the price has changed and blah blah , still you are getting the Paratha from George same price as $62, they never increased the price. and we took the boxes for the emergency situation and we used it, than how could we return it, i explained again that the display box and the you’re selling is not same, you can’t even listen the customer complaints, and stop calling the customers are rude and calling them they’ve attitude, I was never rude to you or your staff, stop saying the customers are rude, instead sell the right products.

They do not have a price list or a list of what spices they provide. When asked the owner rudely replied "when you go to safeway do they give you a price list?". I shop at a family run place called spice of life, only came here to see if they had better prices, spice of life provide a price list and products and are way more friendly then the jerk owner of spicemart. Edit: So I was wrong, it was a rude employee not the owner. As for me "pimping" another business, they have been in business since 1988 new boys, and FYI they are retiring next month which is why I called you. Good thing we have the internet and i dont have to ever deal with you rather pay that extra shipping then support rude arrogant people like you. I will be posting this review at restaurant depot as well as your response. Management and I are good friends. Hey spicemart, learn to be humble. Your replies show your real character. Are you forgetting we know where you are??

This place is awesome for Indian grocery. The people are so helpful and kind . I recommend try this place .
