Dilson and his team are very professional and thorough. We had a back porch that needed to be renovated and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Hope to use DS construction again.

Had several projects done with DS and his team in the past. Most of the work quality was ok, not too bad, but also not great. Till one day, there were major leaking issues happens only couple month after the work is done. DS was so hard to find. I had called him a couple times, and he was very inpatient but finally agreed to come by to fix the issue. But the his patching work didn't work. Long story short, eventually I had to find another contractor to fix the leak and redo the work.

2019 Update: Not sure why Dilson doesn't have any google reviews yet (he has over 30 5 star reviews in HomeAdvisor) so happy to be the first here. My wife and I hired Dilson to help us with two projects at our place (1) put a new patio in our backyard and (2) install three gates around the house to fully close our yard. The result… Phenomenal work!!! Dilson and his team did an amazing job that everyone always compliments their work. They are really detailed oriented, do not cut any corners, provide high quality work while being extremely price competitive and most important of all, they are great people. On the patio, Dilson was able to make some really nice cuts on the pavers to accomodate the downsprouts (he also did the underground piping for that) and finished the job by putting quality polymeric sand in between the pavers to lock them well and avoid weed growing, etc. (added some pics). The gates also came out phenomenal and he was able to match it exactly to the fence that was already in place. Becuase of all the previous comments, think these are some of the reason why DS Construction has 5 stars on HomeAdvisor. Dilson is now my go to guy and would definitely recommend him A+++ 2020 Update: We hired Dilson & team to complete our kitchen project (put in new ceramic tiles & build an island) and once again, A+++ work This wasn’t an easy job given the kitchen floor was not leveled / even but Dilson & team did a phenomenal job. Everything was leveled, the doors & appliances fit like a glove to the mm and every single little corner (custom cut tiles) was perfect. The pictures speak for itself... Very high quality work and super recommended. Don’t think twice and hire Dilson.
