Spirit Hotel Ciudad de Burgos

We found this hotel through Booking.com. Made a reservation by phone and we're welcomed in the late afternoon by a nice man at the reception counter. We had a very clean room on the third floor (lift available) with everything included. At ground floor level there is a salon where you can sit, play a game and use an outside terrace when the weather is nice (which was not the case for us). The room charge of about € 50 is worth it. There is a private parking lot for the users of the hotel, safe. In the morning we had a very good breakfast in the cafeteria of the hotel, good quality and very clean. What we did not like in Briviesca at the time we were there is the availability of restaurants in town. Basically each restaurant was closed at the time we we there, a pity

Was at Hotel Isabel for one night in the town of Briviesca. A thoroughly charming, clean, welcoming and warm location and the staff are fabulous, helpful, understanding, pleasant and very happy to help. A warm welcome from the manager was a delight. Try out the lively bar and fantastic meals and food on offer. We had the cuttlefish and beef cheeks...just divine. Town a charm. People lovely even amongst these horrible times we live in. I'am paraplegic and I call the hotel to be sure it was accessible. I spoke in spanish to be sure and the receptionist told me that it is ok for paraplegic.||When we arrive, the receptionist show us the bedroom and we looked at the bathroom.||Impossible to go on, because the door is not enough width. He had a look at another room and it was the same. I saw that it was possible if he remove the door and he did it. I can go on, but the batroom was not adapted. No grabs bars.No place to move with the wheelchair. On the morning the woman who clean the hotel told me that there is no disable room in this hotel.||Why the receptionist say that there is accesible room if not ? If I call and ask for it, is not for fun !||Otherwise it is a nice little hotel with good bed.
