Stumbled upon an amazing black ruana at Spiritum and tried it on (was staying at nest which is a stones throw away). The owner was patient and kind; I fell in love with the piece and I came back to purchase the next day! It was very expensive, but it's my favourite jacket ever and of very fine, handmade quality cotton 😍

Terrible service in store. Left feeling stressed and with a bitter aftertaste. The people in charge at that store seemed annoyed by our presence while watching the football game and lied to us about the stock: one salesperson saying there are more dresses like the one I tried, the other one saying it’s the last one (30 min later) even though there was a defect on the item. I had a similar experience with payment as one of the other reviews. Ended up paying twice with two different cards, while the “machine wasn’t working” and ended up not even getting the dress because “the payment didn’t finalize on their end”. Still waiting for my bank to resolve this issue and get 600$ back. The seller put the dress aside for me to come back the next day as it was the last one and I’ve tried paying multiple times with two different cards and didn’t know at that time that the payments actually went through, but when I came back 10 min later that dress was already on display in the store again… Who would do that? Everybody can make mistakes but when you sell expensive products, customers expect an impeccable service and at least a verbal apology from the salespeople. I hope I will get our money back. Highly recommend thinking twice before making a purchase there via bank card. PS: no need to reply to this review or apologize now. Just train your staff and get a proper card machine. Actions speak louder than words. All the best on your business journey.

The owner is rude and indelicate. The service in the store is inefficient and careless. The clothes, although well designed and made, are not of such good quality and the extra cost is exaggerated.

I went to try on a dress that I liked on the website, it wasn't in the store. The girl at the store does not yet know the product. She was taking a nap when I went. I write from Instagram, the woman who communicates is doing everything like to prevent us from buying the product. I saw on the website 20% but a girl on instagram said 10% on discount websites. I guess as a customer you have to beg to try on the dress. If the product arrived at the store, she said we have to buy it. It seems impossible to try. I didn't really get the dress because of their rude behavior.They seems don't care. Disappointment
