The ambiance is so welcoming and serene that it immediately puts you at ease, which is a feeling I’ve never associated with a dental appointment before. I am so glad to have found this gem in the Whitby community. The team at DentalZen Whitby is nothing short of exceptional. The front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile and were incredibly efficient with the paperwork, making the check-in process seamless. Marufa was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the cleaning, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Sadek was equally fantastic—knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about patient care. He truly made me feel at ease.The entire staff works together like a well-oiled machine, and their genuine kindness and professionalism shine through in every interaction. The clinic itself is nice and meticulously clean. The decor is modern and calming, a far cry from the sterile, clinical environments I'm used to. . They've truly paid attention to every detail, from the comfortable waiting area to the well-equipped treatment rooms. The entire space is designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation, which contributes significantly to the "zen" feeling they've so successfully created. As for the dental work itself, the care was absolutely top-notch. I went in for a routine check-up and cleaning, and the process was incredibly transparent. My hygienist used an intraoral camera to show me exactly what she was seeing. I felt fully informed and empowered to make decisions about my own oral health. The cleaning was the most comfortable I've ever had, and I left the office with a brilliant, fresh feeling, confident that my teeth were in great hands. I cannot recommend DentalZen Whitby highly enough. If you're looking for a dental office that is genuinely caring and compassionate team, this is the place to go. They’ve successfully created an environment where dental health is not just a chore but a positive and stress-free experience. These people are horrible, my brother was referred there from another dentist, he was in extreme pain and they made an appointment, they looked at his teeth and said we will wait for the estimate to come in i asked how long that takes and they said they didn't know could be days , i explained to them that my brother was in pain could they take the one tooth out and they said NO not without the estimate and i said what is he suppose to do about this painful tooth, they said call another dentist. I cannot believe the brutal service at this place the secretaries are extremely rude . Good luck we wont be back !!!!! We called different dental office and Another dentist took the tooth out the next day in 10 mims . You people are horrible Glazier dental is amazing !!! Go there !

The staff were highly efficient and knowledgeable. They were extremely pleasant and friendly making my first visit very comfortable.
