After trying it out on a free trial to see if it was a fit, i didnt end up using it and tried to cancel. They still charged my card and tried to prolong me by pretending to "process my refund request" for a few days and then said I never tried to request a refund on my account.

spocket is trash, I created an account just to know if the service works for me, then I created the business email the same day and updated the email in the pocket account, after 24 hours I decided to cancel the account because it didn't work as expected, they charged me 7 days later because they say I didn't cancel but I have chat screenshot , emails and a video to prove I did cancel the plan 24 hours later the account created now they deny my refund and after a week in conversation the best they said they can do is 50%

Greedy and Bunch of Scumbags. They just need your credit card entered. And deduct whatever they can ... I would give them negative remarks. I regret marketing for them and bringing them clients. I was bringing them 6 clients. They deducted money from the wrong accounts. Didn't Refund anything. Wasted Time and Money. Wanted us to use what they deducted from the wrong accounts. Horrible Experience. I have moved to other service providers.

Website was easy but had issues aligning it with my website and also support was not willing to work with my account or offer refunds based on issues with subscriptions. Recommend to look at other options and go with other services, stay away from this one.
