Got a hair cut by Tiffany. I have a normal haircut I get there but needed something different because of some raised bumps that I did not want to show after a haircut. She cut my hair and took my concern and showed great care and used her judgement to help. The hair cut turned out great.

Turned away mid-appointment because the manager reprimanded the stylist over my previous honest review about the prices (that are not set by the stylist). They refused to serve me in retaliation for criticizing their pricing online. Unprofessional, petty, and customer-hostile. Go somewhere that can handle feedback without punishing their staff and clients. To the stylist, you did a great job.

The first time I visited I gave five stars, my visit today changed to 1 star would be a 0 if I could. Took my grandson in today to get his haircut, I naturally went back with him. He’s 7, showed the stylist what we wanted and I stood to the side watching. Didn’t get offered the mvp treatment which I’m always happy to pay extra for him to have that experience ,she looked at me and asked to to take a seat in the waiting room. I said I would prefer to stay with my grandson, as right next to me was a father with his son. She said she didn’t feel comfortable with people watching her cut hair, I questioned it and said “your uncomfortable?” She stated yes and told me to go take a seat. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I went in the lobby where I could still see my grandson, she looked at me rolled her eyes and turned her back on me. She lost her tip!!! And me as a customer. I used to recommend this place to everyone, my husband even goes there or used to! I will never return if a hair stylist has problems with grandparents or parents they shouldn’t be cutting children’s hair! I am still pissed!!! I did call the manager and complain. They stated they would talk to her, not sure if they did or not! What I do know is I won’t be returning!!! And worse part he looked like he had a small bald spot on the back of his head!!! So disappointing
