CatalinaBuschOur bathroom door got unhinged, cups were left with coffee after staff cleaned the room, a childhood blanket was carelessly taken when the sheets were changed and never appeared. We asked for spa towels for the dog sleigh/hot springs ride but they brought regular ones so due to lack of time and space 4 of us had to share one regular towel. The rooms could smell nicer. The front office staff looks over worked. The ski valets could actually do valets’ job and set them outside for guests (we wouldn’t mind paying for it!). The restaurant is the one great thing in that property. I forgot to mention when we arrived at the hotel, the driver pulled up the trunk’s door and one of our bags fell. The valet patiently saw it on the floor, he didn’t move. When we got all bags out of the car, he said he’d take them upstairs when he could (there were no other guests around 😂). My husband waited for toilet paper about 30 mins one night, unfortunately while in the toilet. Water bottles? Not only they’re $4 each (you’d think for the hotel rate you pay water is included), you typically have to wait a while. We wouldn’t repeat this hotel. Too many negatives on the list!
Andre A.Highly recommend the Hotel Terra for a stay in Teton village within walking distance to everything. It’s right in the central square, next to famous Mangie Moose. 2min walk to the tram and 4-5min walk to the gondolas. Close to all the restaurants including top pics Corsa and Shin Shin. For breakfast recommend cowboy coffee. Hotel feels new as of 2025… lobby, rooms, hallways all feel brand new. We got a studio room with kitchen, balcony and sitting area which was great. The studios come with Murphy bed which I was skeptical of, but worked out great. For us, this setup worked much better than a traditional hotel room. Could sit on couch, make bkfst, eat at dining table. Heated bathroom floor was a super nice touch. Hot tub on rooftop is cool and fresh towels available there. Staff was excellent. Highly recommend this place for your next visit to Jackson Hole. Great value.
adammD5485HJGreat hotel. Perfect location. Easy access to slopes (ski in / NOT ski out) and restaurants/shops. Staff was all great in every interaction that we had. We will definitely stay here when we return next year. Great onsite restaurants as well.
Dream31033035966My daughter and I truly enjoyed the spa treatments. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The sauna was very unique with dark green tiles. Cozy and relaxing. The body brush treatment was amazing! The amenities were perfect. We will definitely be coming back
