This moving company is hands down THE BEST COMPANY!!! Chad and Josh were QMAZING!! They showed up on time and started working right away, put runners to not dirty the carpets, wrapped up all the furniture and made sure nothing got damaged. Very nice guys. I recommend this company hands down!!! Amazing!! Absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you Chad and Josh and True North Movers!

Great experience. 2 professional movers that worked with us as a team to move a container of household items in 3 different locations all in one day. They were courteous, diligent, and receptive to our ideas for optimizing time and storage. I would highly recommend them to any individual or organization.

Thieves and liars. We hired these guys to help us move. Looked through the website, the paperwork, everything provided to us. On the day of, they showed up and after wasting about 20 minutes -- they told us that because bugs exist in the building (god forbid an apartment building have bugs), that they wouldn't be able to actually DO the move. I call their head office and the guy tries to make us feel guilty about it, cause his Movers aren't going to get paid. No care towards completely screwing us on moving day. Well I paid the deposit beforehand which they're now refusing to refund. So these guys effectively wasted our time, stole our money and now that I've called them multiple times and left voicemails, they're straight up ignoring us. I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst experience I've had with any company in a while.
