I am so glad I was recommended to Pulse - to Leah specifically. She is knowledgeable (very), professional, and is interested in solving puzzles. For patients with complicated health presentations, this last attribute is so reassuring and welcome. She is patient and encouraging and has been very effective in realizing the treatment goals we originally set such that I am now working toward a level of functionality I hadn't considered. Coming under her care at Pulse has been a very good thing - highly recommend!

I required physiotherapy for the first time in my life when I tore my rotator cuff after a brutal fall down a flight of stairs. I was extremely stressed about the recovery and the injury's impact on my ability to work and get through a very busy few months. Jenn at the Chemong clinic very responsibly managed my expectations and provided really thoughtful care throughout the therapy - she is truly an expert therapist and I am extremely grateful for her care + support. The summer would have been extraordinarily difficult without the clear understanding of the recovery process that she provided and I am very glad to be nearly back to normal. I legitimately found myself looking forward to physio appointments. Recommend this clinic, and Jenn especially, entirely.

I find the service at Pulse Physio to be excellent.Emma is always friendly and has a positive attitude. She explains how I need to do my exercises and corrects me when I am wrong.All the staff at Pulse do great customer service work. Great work Staff!
