Jacob knows my body. And it didn't take him long before he saw my weaknesses, the multiple areas that need improvement, and my special needs (old, injured, multiple surgeries, fibromyalgia, trashed shoulders). More importantly, for the person reading this review, I've watched Jacob work with other patients and he's giving all of them the same attention and instruction. On top of that Jacob is kind-hearted with a positive attitude. He runs a tight ship!

Also had other issues that were possibly the cause of the injury and they worked in other exercises to help with that also.
