Customer experiences
Since switching to this pharmacy, we have had nothing but great experiences. When we have had prescriptions filled for ourselves or our kids, the pharmacist has gone over and above our expectations to provide quality service. She even returned after hours for us to fill a somewhat urgent prescription! They really care about their patients. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
The doctor here is the only doctor that listened to me. I tried for a year with my symptoms to get anyone to listen and not treat me like I’m crazy and he didn’t he tried everything and nothing worked. So he sent me for a CT scan and they found a massive brain tumour and saved my life. The pharmacist here is amazing she always so lovely and listens to you and makes you feel heard unlike a lot of others I tried. Thank you both so much I’m truly grateful for you both. Best doctors office and pharmacist there is
We came for our Pfizer booster shots. There was no line when we came. They also accepts walk-ins. The staff was very friendly. They had greeted us and attended immediately. They have taken our health cards and asked to come in a separate room for a booster vaccine shot. We didn't feel any pain and it was very quick. Highly recommended for vaccination. They also have separate physiotherapy & rehab center along with Pharmacy. Adding couple of pictures for reference. Building is wheelchair accessible and also have wheelchair accessible restroom.
Disappointed with Both Doctor and Pharmacy I’m usually not critical, but this was a very frustrating experience. The doctor seemed inexperienced and, like every visit, prescribed the same nasal spray — which I never buy because it’s ineffective. My daughter had the flu and was prescribed 9 anti-nausea pills costing $44 (with insurance, we still paid $12 out of pocket). No medication was offered for her fever or other symptoms. Over-the-counter Gravol would have cost $8, but no alternative was mentioned. When I questioned the cost, the doctor just apologized and blamed government pricing. The pharmacy refused to return the medication or let me fill it elsewhere without charging another fee. The whole process felt careless and profit-driven. Very disappointed. I expected better care and communication, especially for my child.
