Exceptional Stay with Wonderful Service! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely and kind staff member at check-in (unfortunately, we forgot her name! 🥹). She went above and beyond to make us feel valued, even surprising us with an executive lounge upgrade, which was truly appreciated. Her hospitality set the tone for our stay and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The executive lounge was a great bonus, providing a quiet space to unwind with complimentary refreshments and a lovely atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, ensuring that our experience was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel’s amenities, from the rooftop bar to the excellent breakfast, only added to the overall experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and will definitely be returning in the future! 💗

Just a street away from the tube station had a wonderful stay this weekend. Check-in was seamless even though reception was busy. Breakfast was lovely and Mohamed was very helpful. Communication through the app was quick and very helpful. Enjoyed a cocktail in the rooftop bar which had amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. Having read other reviews I was worried about my room but it was nice and looked recently modernised and a good size… plus the air conditioning unit worked really well. It looked like an older unit with only a few buttons and nothing fancy or digital, but worked much better than many modern ones! The executive lounge was okay. Bit small and very busy at happy hour but the food and drinks were topped up well and to a great standard. The bar and lounge is lovely and the location is great. View from my room wasn’t great but I was fine with that. I was upgraded but wouldn’t expect to get a tower bridge view as expect they will be to those paying a premium which I was fine with! Overall a very happy stay :)

The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions and offices in the downtown area. There are good restaurants nearby, and the breakfast served is decent, though it lacks variety. If you're staying for a week, the repetitive food options can become monotonous. Service in the breakfast area needs improvement. Guests have to wait in long lines before being seated, and even after requesting water, it is not served. The A/C unit in the room did not work at all. Despite staying for a week and raising concerns about the room being too warm, the issue was never resolved. While the reception team was responsive, service in other areas fell short.
