Went in Sunday morning 10.15 am. Thought I had appendix pain? Within 5 min I spoke with intake staff. 5 min later triage with medical staff, 20 min later a blood test and explanation of probably what it was-diverticulitis? After this part I waited a while for CT scan but was fine. The staff, each of the staff, were exceptional. A great team. A great approach and they deserve a lot. It was a Labour Day weekend too!

My dad was transferred to emergency from Kitchener for a hand injury he had. We want to give our heartfelt thanks to the entire team who took care of my dad, but a very special thank you to our dear night nurse RN Justine Sorbara, she was compassionate and understanding of our situation and religious needs. And made sure that up until his discharge that he was comfortable. She deserves a Daisy Award. Thank you for all your help Justine, we wont forget you

Multiple experiences here in the past year. Most recently in the ER. The attention to detail and care was impeccable! Erica was our nurse - she is caring, passionate, and knowledgeable - even at the end of her shift. A complete 180 from our experience at the general.

Mother and Baby private rooms were spacious. The plant growing on the window was a cute view. Nurses were extremely attentive and caring. Food was actually pretty good I had the chicken and mashed potato a few times as well as the Jello that is not listed on the menu but you can ask for some. (I had a C-Section so I had a few days to explore the menu lol)
