My experience was very fast and well cared for. I went for my son when he was sick last week. Everyone from the front desk to the MA to the NP. Took very good care of us and had us out of there in 45 mins. They take good care of all their patients and we will return again if we have to. Thank you Center Valley you guys are amazing.

Dr. Luke was great!! Kind & caring and took the time to explain what caused the problem and exactly what to expect the day of surgery and after. The surgical coordinator was efficient and flexible. I could not have had a better experience!!

I usually have a great experience here however I took my daughter for a second visit because of an ear infection that wasn’t getting better with drops. The first PA we saw was great. The second visit we saw Gambel, PA and he rush through the visit and diagnosed my daughter with a toothache (not an ear infection) because she has a protective coating on her back teeth that has a brown color. She was just at the dentist less than 2 weeks ago for an exam. Thankfully he prescribed antibiotics and her ear is getting better however I was not thrilled with the way the appointment was rushed and he didn’t ask about dental work/visits and just automatically assumed the silvadene fluoride was tooth decay. He needs to slow down and talk to his patients before making a quick diagnosis and writing a script. He also needs to keep his hands to himself. He was patting my daughter on the leg through the entire visit and it made her very uncomfortable. Hopefully he will see this and use it to better his practice in the future.

I had excellent service when I came to the urgent care clinic. I arrived early, before they were open, but I was greeted and the intake process began. Shortly after I seen by a nurse practitioner who was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I left with a diagnosis and prescriptions were immediately sent to a drug store. I’m impressed with your facility and would recommend to anyone in need of medical assistance.
