The labor and delivery, postpartum crew did an amazing job with my care! All the nurses I encountered were so nice and helped with after my surgery. Sherry was especially helpful during my stay. Offering bits of advice and she was very thorough in everything she did. I would love to deliver here again. My only complaint was the food service people never came up to ask for my order. I had to remember to call down everyday. I sometimes forgot because I was either sleeping or feeding baby and was left with no meal. But otherwise the staff on the unit did an exceptional job.

Save yourself time, energy, and money and go elsewhere. Went here for bad lower back pain. Triage nurse calls and disappears behind a curtain. No seeing if anything is needed. I cry trying to get up and try again while husband parks car. A man is checking his watch when I walk in. Woman looks at the computer, "so you have a bunch of health issues and allergies." Yeah, and? "Why are you here?" He takes me to a room. Husband asks for a chair; one doesn't come. I am told go to outpatient because nothing will be done here. Referral was put in and I was handed discharge papers. As I am in pain, hunched and tearful, but already walking out, the nurse has a lidocaine patch and asks if I want it. No asking if I need a chair out. Also, filthy bathroom. Feces on the wall and urine on the floor.

I was referred to this clinic for an employment physical. I noticed a lack of privacy at check-in. In the clinical area, the staff did not seem welcoming during the process. They also appeared distracted at times. There were also privacy issues. The healthcare provider appeared uncomfortable when discussing a clinical condition and left the treatment room during the appointment without addressing my questions, returning approximately 20 minutes later. Communication was not clear throughout the visit. I did not have a positive experience and would not recommend this clinic. I would never use St. Luke’s again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Considering reporting to DOH, clinical information is nonexistent in the medical record.

We cannot speak highly enough about St. Luke’s employees; from the people who clean the rooms and bathrooms and keep the hospital looking and smelling clean, to the nurses, PA’s, Patient Care assistants, food delivery and kitchen, doctors, physical therapists, and administrators. Until you’ve been a patient at St. Luke’s, you cannot know how above and beyond the staff will go to ensure that patients are treated with kindness, compassion, and true commitment. The staff here are committed to what they are doing. When you are in a hospital alone and in need of help, this is the only place to be. Thank you to everyone who took such good care of my beloved. We are eternally grateful.
