Dr White in the ER was rude and dismissive. My daughter had concerns and he said the test wasn't necessary and it's a waste of money. When I questioned him, he doubled down on his rudeness! His job is to help us find a solution to the problem. Billing is a separate dept! And is none of his concern. Once he began yelling at me, I asked for a Head Supervisor and he replied with I am the Supervisor. I used to work for St Lukes for years and called his bluff. Lo and behold the Nursing Supervisor showed up moments later. Doctor was so rude and even said he could pull up some statistics to prove that my daughter's concerns were not important, and felt he was insulting my intelligence (a medical professional as well). I am done with St Luke's! If I can, I will try to avoid going to any St Luke's facility. Going to switch all my Doctor's to LVHN! I'll take my "insurance monies" elsewhere.

Absolute horrible experience. Treated like and labeled as a drug seeker in my medical record by Dr. Duckwitz for requesting adequate pain control for severe, acute pain after rib injury. He also would not review my CT images with me and told me I could look at them by myself when I got home on 'mychart'. Staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Zero sympathy or compassion for patients in distress. I was not treated with dignity or respect and I will be reporting this entire experience to the Department of Health and Human Services as well as the joint commission for the violation of my patient rights. *update* Went for a second opinion today and it turns out I have a 9th rib fracture. ER staff who treated me that day should all be ashamed of themselves. A few of them really reminded me of that Charles Cullen guy...

Sitting here in crisis with my daughter. Not sure people would return for mental health help when the charge nurse, Sam, treats us like we are bothering her by asking a simple question. She has no bedside manner and is not only mean to patients but also the other nurses that are asking her questions on our behalf. Crisis workers were very kind. Don’t come here if you need mental health help.

Hospital is garbage!!! Had a ER nurse tell me to leave my clients room because “I care too much” were her literal words. When I asked her to get someone else with an ultrasound machine to do my clients IV after she stuck her a total of 8 times and couldn’t get an IV in! Then that same nurse ended up on the same floor (3rd) that my client was admitted to. I couldn’t believe she said that to me and of course I didn’t leave my non verbal client with her! Also all the nurses came in talking to her as if they didn’t even look at her chart to see that she’s deaf!
