I got scheduled to see a Dermatologist on Saturday at 3:45pm; 15 minutes to the closing hour. On my way, I had some delays and I decided to call customer service to see if can be rescheduled for 4pm or at least inform them that I had an emergency that delayed me from getting to the clinic as at supposed time but my calls were ignored and never returned, sent text message yet no response then, I managed to get to the hospital at 4pm and I was bluntly told that they have closed without any sign of empathy whatsoever. I was pissed because I had come from a distance and this inconvenience could have been averted if the customer service unit had taken calls or responded to my text message. And I wasn’t even able to see the customer service express myself. My very first experience at this clinic and it turned out to be terrible experience, I must say.

I am still receiving treatment so I hope I am not speaking too soon (knock on wood) however, my first visit was a good experience. I am so very particular about cleanliness so when I enter somewhere and look around and it isn't clean, I tend to walk out. The reception I got entering the hospital was top notch. The response time was quick, I did not wait for long to get to see a doctor. The nurse who took my vitals was professional. The doctor who saw me was great. I was put on drip and given medication that made me drowsy and anytime I woke up in between my drowsiness, the doctor was there. I felt as if I was the only one who was important at that moment even though there were of course other patients in the hospital being attended to the same way, but you know what I mean; that is the way you are to feel. So far, so good. As I said, I am still receiving treatment there so will give another update at the conclusion by the grace of God!
