After finding mushrooms growing in my crawlspace I called several local companies for estimates. All of the inspectors showed me photos of growth on my joists. Doug from Stable Foundations impressed me immediately and presented me with a solution that made sense. Once I had chosen Stable Foundations for the job there was a little bit of a disconnect about scheduling but it was resolved quickly. Jesse and his crew arrived promptly and completed the “moisture control system” in two days. This consisted of removing the old insulation from the main part of the house (we have an addition that didn’t need treatment) treating the wood and installing new insulation. Next the crew sealed all the vents, replaced one of my crawlspace doors, installed a dehumidifier and hygrometer and finished with a heavy-duty vapor barrier. If I need additional crawlspace or foundation work done I definitely know who to call.

The crew was meticulous in their work, ensuring that not only were the pillars stabilized and realigned, but they also took great care to fix the irrigation lines and asphalt and to leave the site clean and undisturbed post-completion. It's rare to find a company that combines speed, efficiency, and a high regard for professionalism as Stable Foundation did. In conclusion, I highly recommend Stable Foundation for any foundational or structural repair needs.
