We purchased an SUV from Lancaster Auto Group several months ago and have needed to write a review about our great experience. Wonderful no pressure buying experience, prompt responses when texted or called. No hidden fees or costs, they were very straightforward and upfront. Everything you'd expect (but is actually hard to find!). But the real reason for the 5 stars is what happened after the purchase. Within a couple days I noticed some jerking while driving and called them about it. They had me come over the same afternoon and rode with me to check it out. To shorten the story a bit, at no fault of theirs, the transmission went bad. It's a used car, it happens, and nothing was noticed in test drives. They could have said sorry and gave me the keys and walked away. They didn't. They offered to take it back or fix it. I liked the car so they gave me a loaner car while they put it a new remanfactured transmission that came with a warranty. All of this at no cost to me. Great to find an honest group that care about making things right even when it was really no one's fault. Highly recommend!

Took my son here for his first car and I will say this, Octavio was awesome he is knowledgeable and helpful and is not pushy at all and that's hard to find in the car sales business. The entire transaction from start to finish with Lancaster Auto Group and the staff was smooth and efficient. Couldn't be a better place to buy a car I will definitely be a returning customer when I need to buy another vehicle.

We went to them even though we live in Salem because they had a car we wanted and had good ratings as a dealer. They were very low pressure and super accommodating. The car started having an issue almost immediately after driving off the lot and they were very quick to rectify it. We would absolutely recommend.
