After spending two hours searching for the perfect dress at Karachi Drive Plaza, she listened carefully to what we were looking for and understood our needs completely. As a mother, I was feeling frustrated from visiting multiple stores without success, and she immediately understood how to help. Mrs. Saira has an incredible talent for reading people and understanding their style and preferences. She doesn’t just sell her products , she genuinely cares about customer happiness and goes above and beyond to make her customers feel comfortable and supported. Her warmth, professionalism, and sincerity made the entire experience truly special. I would also like to thank Ms. Mahzabin from the same branch, who was equally kind and professional. Today, I went to shop for myself for Diwali and I went to Zegan Boutique. I met Saira and she was very helpful, polite and a very nice person to deal with. The variety in the store was amazing and the price is also very reasonable, depending on if you are looking to buy for festive seasons, weddings and parties. Great place to shop and highly recommended. I am very happy with what I bought for myself.

Zegen has the most beautiful dresses and their alterations are done perfectly. They sized a large kameez into a medium for me and it fit me so well. The customer service is unmatched, they give their full time and attention to address your concerns. Fatima was amazing, she helped me out a lot during the entire process!
