Andr TadaDisappointing, Dishonest, and a Complete Waste of Time I had a very frustrating experience with Start People. They required me to attend a job induction process, giving the impression that work would start shortly afterward. However, week went by, and I received no updates or clear communication. When I contacted them to follow up, they claimed they had been trying to reach me and that their calls went straight to voicemail—which was completely untrue. I never received any missed calls, voicemails, or other attempts to contact me. To make matters worse, while waiting for them to provide work, I had to turn down two other job opportunities because I trusted that they would deliver as promised. This lack of transparency, dishonesty, and disregard for people’s time and opportunities left a terrible impression. If you're looking for a reliable agency to find work, I would strongly recommend avoiding Start People.

KWowMatt called me about a job in my area which I was keen to apply for and held off my job search for. After not hearing back I called him and was told he'd call me back the following week.
