To combat the random 1-star reviews, I’ll give them a 5. We’ve lived in one of their apartments for about 6 months thus far and plan on continuing our lease past then. The apartment maintenance and service has been free and timely, there have been several occurrences where something needs fixing in the apartment and they usually send someone over to fix it immediately. In my last apartment, I would have to bother my landlord endlessly to have something taken care of. Not here. Realistically they have nice apartments with nice maintenance. Recommend.

I've been renting from State Street for over 6 years now On University ave and have no complaints, issues typically get fixed on a timely manner and this place is clean and quiet. They also have a live-in caretaker who makes sure tenants are accommodated if need be.

One of the worst rental companies I have rented from yet. Zero soundproofing in my apt, so I could hear pretty much everything my upstairs neighbours did sadly. I felt like I had no peace and quiet when I came home from work. Worst of all, when I moved out, the company claimed part of my security deposit for “dust” and normal wear and tear. Not a very professional rental company in my opinion.

State Street Property Management own a number of properties in the Fredericton area. I ended up renting one of their properties and I'm extremely impressed with the quality, upkeep and how responsive they are to any questions we have. I highly recommend them.
