I have been a State Street tenant for almost 10 years total and I've lived in many apartments in the city. State Street's staff are incredible. Seriously, I hear horror stories from friends with other rental companies, and all I can say is I've never once had an issue that wasn't immediately resolved. I've lived in the two buildings that has fair rent compared to most everywhere else of similar location and size and condition. Things have happened that have required landlord attention and each and every time it read handled surprisingly quick and fair. Mostly just basic wear and tear of living in an apartment for so long. I would recommend State Street to anyone who's looking for a rental company that actually cares about the tenants living in a nice, safe place.
