I purchased my doors from them many, many years ago and installed myself. A few years ago I wrecked two sections of my door, they were able to match it up exactly, and came out to replace them at a time that they were able to combine my service call with another to save travel costs for me (I'm out of the city). They also adjusted my other door and got it working great. I've bought numerous small parts from them throughout the years and they've always been great.

I placed an insurance claim back in August, and had Steelcraft Doors give an assessment and used that for the insurance claim. In the meantime, they indicated it would take six weeks to order the doors and I left them my credit card to expedite the order. That was five months ago and I have not heard back from them. I'm getting concerned as its frigid and my door still needs replacement.

Installation was fast and efficient but the follow-up was horrible. Was threatened with collections before we could even get the bill paid (before 30 days had elapsed). Also got angry, threatening texts from a private number representing the business. Lady on the phone (texting) wouldnt give me her name but when i called I got her name on the message machine. If you hear the name Stacey from Steelcraft, run far away. Never dealing with this disgusting kind of service ever again.
