I visited the store on its 13th anniversary today, where they launched new products. Unfortunately, the arrangement for the launch was quite disappointing. Customers were required to line up outside the store if they wanted to purchase the new items. However, the process was exceedingly slow. For the first two hours, I was confused about how they were serving customers since no tickets were being issued. After nearly 150 minutes of waiting in line, I was shocked to discover that the products were not exclusively available to those who had lined up. Other customers could also make purchases when staff were not staying there. To make matters worse, lined-up customers had to share the same cashier line with these other customers. This meant that no matter how long we waited, those who arrived later had the same opportunity to buy the products. When I asked a STAFF 13( i don’t know the name but she was really confused who kept lined up customers waiting for 10 thousand years later) about this, her response was frustrating. She explained that the cashier was not just for those purchasing new products, but also for customers buying other items. Only when the cashier was cleared could we access the cashier. But how could the cashier be cleared when many free-access customers were still coming. They came later but went out earlier without any restrictions. It felt incredibly unfair to those of us who followed the rules. Instead of receiving priority, we faced unnecessary delays and an unfair experience. If you want to buy products from this store, I would recommend not following the rules, as those who do may only end up with an unfair outcome.
