I came to Consuelo with severe SI joint pain, and she’s helped me so much in understanding and managing it. She took the time to clearly explain how everything in the pelvic area works and made sure I felt comfortable and supported during each session. Her pelvic health treatments were always handled with great professionalism, and she created a very safe space for what can feel like a sensitive topic. I really appreciated the personalized exercises and the video guides she provided so I could keep practicing at home. Consuelo is caring, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to her patients. Very professional and knowledgeable. I've gone several times and have been impressed with their level of care. Consuelo Sandoval has been wonderful for pelvic health physiotherapy. She explained how each of the pelvic floor exercises benefits my muscles and the proper way to do them. She answered my questions thoughtfully and has given me hope on managing my issues. She's been thoroughly professional, especially since this is a sensitive issue.
