With Stetson you really won't have to worry about a thing. They make sure everything on the property is at the standard you expect it to be. I chose the house I'm currently renting because I love the yard. Of course that means I'm happy to take care of it, but usually Stetson does most of the work. Anyone who rents with Stetson can expect superior service.
