They came, looked at the work. Gave me a verbal estimate and he said they will send me a proposal in 1-2 days. I did not hear back from them. Called again, he said the person is out of the office and when she comes back they will send me the proposal (1-2) days. That was about 3 weeks ago. Never heard back. I’m totally surprised how they have that many stars if they treat their customers that way.
