MackenzieI recently had to say goodbye to my baby Weeman, and the compassion at this hospital was truly wonderful. The room they prepared was so calming, there was a soft blanket for him, relaxing music, and even water and snacks for me and my kitty. They gave me all the time I needed and gently explained every step of the process, which made such a painful moment a little easier. Every single person there deserves the world for the kindness they showed. I even received a handwritten letter in the mail from the team, and it was the sweetest thing ever. Thank you so much.. You can truly feel how much these people care for pets.
Paris LiptakThe vets and other staff at Beattie are always so knowledgeable and kind. Compared to other clinics the prices are reasonable too. Yesterday I had Dr. Sofia and she made me and my scaredy cat feel so comfortable. I like that I never feel rushed here either and can ask whatever questions I have. Don’t compare the five star rating to Nugget’s expression in the picture lol.

When I brought my kitty in, the staff were extremely compassionate and understanding. They took care of not only my kitty, but even myself! Offered me refreshments, boxes of Kleenex, and more! They never rushed me through the process and told me to take as long as I needed through each and every step. The doctor was extremely professional and attentive to explain everything she did. Thank you for taking care of my Mischa. By far the BEST place to go to in Hamilton, give them a call!
Heidi waltonI needed an emergency appointment for my parents dog on a Sunday therefore couldn’t use my vet I’ve used for 30 yrs . They were so compassionate , kind and understanding. Sadly I had to say goodbye to her that day but again received such kindness. I’d just lost my girl in May 2025 and the two experiences were so different. Beatties will now be my choice to look after my remaining 3 yrs old , Daisy . Thank you for such excellent service.
