Serious Tax Evasion and Pathetic Customer Service at Stone Ove Pizza Valley – Johar Town, Lahore Had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Stone Ove Pizza Valley in Johar Town. Not only was the service poor, but the restaurant is clearly involved in shady tax practices. When I asked for the bill, they initially charged a lower pizza cost with 16% GST. But when I opted to pay online, they brought a different receipt showing a higher pizza price and only 5% GST — yet the total amount remained the same. This is a clear violation of FBR tax rules, which state 16% GST on cash payments and 5% GST on card or online payments, not an arbitrary manipulation of prices to evade taxes. To make matters worse, they do not accept card payments at all and force customers to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. When I questioned this and pointed out the tax irregularities, the shift manager gave a shockingly rude and unprofessional response, saying: “Do whatever you want to do. We will continue to do this.” This is not just bad service, it’s outright tax evasion and customer exploitation. Businesses like this should be held accountable. I strongly urge the FBR and relevant authorities to look into their practices. I even filed a complaint on Iris but of no use. Avoid this place if you care about transparency and good service.

I'm very much satisfied, loved the ambience , food and service and this experience is 8.5/10 for me.

We had a great experience, the food was good, the staff was great and cooperative, amazing ambiance. really nothing to complain about. The Pasta was the star of the show ✨ pizza and rolls were also very good. The wings could use a bit of improvement tho. Really good quality and quantity for the price.
