When you arrive to Stone-Mart (Tampa) it gives the impression that you are dealing with a mature large company so I had hopes that they’ll deliver the promised product and on time. The store gives the impression of having large inventories but if you are looking beyond what the large chains have then it will be a special order. You shop at retailers like Stone-Mart (Tampa) because they specialized in what they do and have a large showroom. In short, they misrepresented the product by having only one tile in the showroom and it happens to be the one tile that is different. Think buying a green tile and receiving one full of copper color. You are forced to keep the tiles even if the sample was an obvious misrepresentation. Upon inspection an entire box was broken but a few - just enough tiles to delay the entire project. At this point, the unnecessary situation will end up directly delaying the project by ~3 weeks. We'll be down several thousand dollars, spent countless time on the phone, drove to Tampa numerous times and I still don't have what I need. Ironically, still need to go shopping since the ones from Stone-Mart (Tampa) are a complete loss. Kim Young was the sales person.
