They were highly reliable, easy to get ahold of and went beyond the scope of work to ensure the eavestrough installation went smoothly. Brandon, when installing the leaf gutters, took the time to clean out the neighbour's gutters (townhouse) to ensure my gutters wouldn't be compromised. I can't recommend Custom Contracting enough for your roofing and eavestrough work. We have a century old home that we purchased a few years ago in need of new gutters. We'd put it off long enough and this was the year we were going to get them replaced, and we thought we might as well add some soffits while they're up there. I got quotes from 5 different contractors, 2 of them didn't even want to attempt to do the soffits. Another quoted me double the price. Neven came out and answered all my questions and even pointed out a few issues that none of the others even noticed. He quickly identified a leaky issue above my porch due to the previous owners poor DIY work. Neven demonstrated to me he and his team new what they were doing. Jason, the site manager came back the next and walked through the project with me to ensure his team understood the job (it's an old house with some decorative elements). They were able to slot in the job the next week, completing it 4 days (as I said it an old house with some unique challenges)! My wife and I are very happy with how it turned out, giving our old home a much needed facelift. Their estimate was fair, and competitive with other we received, but with a 25 year warranty (no one else came close to this) how can you go wrong? Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
