My experience with properties in the market wasn't a good one. I would get calls late at night 22.00 even 23.00 hours on a regular basis thinking I was another tennant, other people in the shared accommodation also experienced this. The house was falling to bits, they promised work would be done but it never happend. I also woke it to a member off staff from the letting agency in room next to my bed. When I called to complain the matter has been laughed off which I'm still trying to resolve now.

I have to say having rented from this company for nearly two years now that Sankar and his team are excellent. Anytime I have had an issue with anything (which has been rare), they have been quick to ensure that my issues are dealt with and I’m left satisfied. In an increasingly difficult property market for tenants, I think these guys show excellent compassion towards their tenants and had it not been for themselves I would have struggled. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Excellent people with great principles.
