We recently stayed at this hotel for about 4 days and 3 nights, and our overall experience was absolutely fine. The hospitality was great, especially at the front desk, and the housekeeping staff ensured we had everything we needed. While we encountered a very minimal problem, special thanks to Ms. Kath and Ms. Rezel for their competitiveness in resolving our raised concern promptly. It was a comfortable place to stay, and the proximity to attractions was a bonus. Affordability-wise, it was an excellent choice.

I visited one of the club named nautical club how ever we had some some unfinished bussiness as we forgot some money there. The security named Alex stopped us we explained everything but he started misbehaving and went on become physical many witness were there . Is this how you deal with your regular guests. Upon asking his id he denied . This is totally unacceptable and criminal. Do you really want me to call the authorities for this. Will be needing an explanation for same. You can check camera on 11 March 2025 at 4:30 am. Will be waiting for your prompt response.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Starting with the staff who do not know how to deal with new customers or manage their workload. The noise after 12 a.m. until 4 a.m. is crazy. You won't be able to sleep; you feel like you are sleeping in the middle of a club next to the DJ. If there were a rating lower than 1 star, I would give it to them.
