Honestly I really reccommend these guys, my Landlord Corey B is the best landlord I've ever had and they're really attentive to issues, they have noticed things that even I haven't and came to fix them, he's also just all around a cool guy and super chill. 👍 Thanks folks I love this place and I wish to be a long term tenant. I highly highly recommend TA Property Management to anyone considering leasing a property managed by them. We lived in a unit for more than three years before having to leave London for professional opportunities. If we weren’t leaving we would’ve stayed much much longer - thats how much we’ve enjoyed it. Our experience has always been professional, helpful and prompt. I’ve always been impressed by the responsiveness. Maintenance requests were always responded to quickly. Yearly maintenance of vents, smoke alarms, etc. were scheduled and we were always given ample notice ahead of time. We felt extremely well taken care of. TA Property also maintained good contact with our landlord and was a great intermediary between us. Tom and his team have a great understanding of the RTA and they have always used correct forms, documents and delivered them with correct notice. Extremely professional. Thank you Tom, Corey and the team for making rental housing in London such a great experience.
