I love my treatments from Leticia. She is amazing and has helped me a lot. I think I am addicted to assisted stretching now! My one negative comment would be that sometimes it is a bit noisy. A quieter environment would be much more relaxing and would be much appreciated

My assessment with Kate was very thorough and she was very professional and kind figuring out what I needed going forward. Then my first treatment with Latesha was fantastic. She was very gentle and gave me a great stretch making sure I was fully comfortable the whole time. I feel very hopeful for the first time in a long time that my pain could be resolved.

I’ve been seeing Lettetcha at Stretch Canada 1-2x a week for the past several months, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her clients. I came in with a frozen right shoulder with very limited range of motion. Thanks to her treatments and expertise, my shoulder has improved tremendously, and I’m now able to get back to playing pickleball again. Highly recommend!
