I often right reviews, both good and bad. I especially feel impelled to write reviews when I receive outstanding service. That is why I am writing this review today. The staff and management at Polanco are outstanding. I used them in 2014. At the time, the quality of the furniture they sell was great and the service was excellent, so that's why I returned. However, this time I learned that I'm only now getting to know their true value. They can help in many other ways such as reupholstering furniture, cabinet making, interior design and much more. I've learned so much from my visit with them and they were a real asset to helping us put all things together. I was able to communicate with them by phone, text, email and, obviously, in person. I highly recommend you check them out if you are building, renovating or updating your home. They are much more than a furniture store.
