The willingness to get into crawlspaces and want to be an active part of the solution provides unmatched value. Most structural engineers give you plans and that's that but Structurist ensure they're a part of the process and ensure their work is done to the standard they expect. Highly recommend them for structural services!

Bashir has been sooooo helpful through the process of defining the right approach to my attic and screened porch projects. The amount of attention to detail and the willingness to engage to get things right and address concerns has been a breath of fresh air after so many interactions with potential contractors without those traits, and makes me more confident I could go to contractors with plans and support and feel like I'm likely to get the results I want, rather than the surprises I've found too often without this type of backing.

I know ignorance of the building code might not be acceptable excuse but my contractor failed to pull the proper permits for the small retaining wall. My neighbor as thoughtful as it is she reported me to the city for everything under the sun . The city would not approve the the construction of our retaining wall until I had an engineer sign off on the final inspection. With out Noor help we would have to demo the wall and rebuild it costing me thousands more. They do excellent work

I would give higher reviews if I could. Even though we were just at the very first discussions via email/texts and phone calls before site visit, Mr. Ahmadi has answered all of my questions/concerns about my house structure and process from apply permit to work with contractors. He helped me avoid innessesary work from contractors. He is interested in hearing my structure problems and offer possible solutions in the most efficient way rather than up sell the service and get paid. He even refused my payment for his time consulting because he didn't visit my house since it's not necessary. A truly honest engineer. I WILL contract him on any future work and happy when he takes my money. Hire him for your project will be one of best decisions you would ever made. Thank you, sir!
