My Samsung S10 quit working. Took it to a couple of repair shops and they told me motherboard failed and to throw it in the garbage and that my data was lost. I found a video online of Jason working on a S10 where he recovered the data after a motherboard failure. Had lots of great photos and videos on my phone so shipped phone to him in Florida from Saskatchewan Canada. All of the data was recovered and phone returned along with data on memory stick. Our iPhone wouldn't turn on anymore so we brought it to Apple and they said that "it was dead and there was nothing to do". We live in a big city and contacted many repair shops but couldn't find anybody with the expertise to do micro soldering on iPhones. Thank god i finally found Jason and he promptly fixed the phone after I mailed it to him! If your data is important to you, don't believe Apple when they say "there is nothing to do". They won't even diagnose your phone properly! Jason told us exactly why our phone didn't work and which part was broken.
