TERRIBLE!!! I made an appointment to follow up with my previous appointment because my symptoms didn’t improve by the time i ran out of my antibiotics. The first appointment was great! fast check in, and very nice people. HOWEVER, this appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm (mind you i scheduled this at 8:30am this morning). We are required to show up 15 minutes early, so i did. they were closed! i waited 30 minutes for someone to come back, and when k explained to them that i need to check i to my appointment they told me i had to reschedule because it was halfway through my appointment already. They have my number to contact me for anything in regards to the appointment, but no one reached out to me to reschedule in advance, or even tell me the clinic would be closed! The lady at the desk informed me they go to lunch at 11, which only leaves me to assume they were gone that entire time! I am incredibly disappointed, why does it allow me to schedule an appointment at a specific time when the clinic is closed? And what is the procedure for when a student had a SCHEDULED appointment at a time when the clinic is closed, (if there even is a policy!). I cannot believe I wasted my time waiting to reschedule my own appointment, instead of pursuing my degree. 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Overall a good experience. I’ve called a few times for a variety of reasons and the advice nurses are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The lab tech I interacted with made a good effort to help me be comfortable. However, sometimes the receptionist sounds exhausted and uninterested, so that can be off putting, especially for someone who may already dread going to the doctor.
i was here for FIFTEEN MINUTES. they took a covid and strep a throat swab. the physician barely even looked at me. the physician i saw today was absolutely incompetent. they recorded in my chart they gathered all of my vital signs when they did not. they sent me home with a cough and nausea medication. i don’t have a cough. they did not treat my issue!!! I am very livid. I am a samaritan employee who works with very immune compromised people I need to know what’s going on with me so I can return to work and not be getting people sick! Very upset. Will not be returning here.
