Been with this dental office when they were at 65 larch street! This new dental studio area is great! Plenty of free parking! The staff are friendly, Dr. Gordon has been great at taking care of my teeth! Office is right outside the elevator on the third floor! I prefer parking in the back near the food Basics!

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but I have to explain the amazing experience I had today, I had an absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to accommodate and were very careful and understanding. Dr Swatton was very helpful with answering every question that I have which made me feel more comfortable about my upcoming procedure. My hygienist was fantastic and took the time to explain every process thoroughly. If you are looking for a team of professionals that love their job, look no further!! Thank you team!!

Love the new location! Office is easy to locate on the 3rd floor and the office interior is gorgeous with new technology. Dr Swatton is very friendly dentist and receptionists are always pleasant and knowledgeable! Root canal I had 10/10 considering that’s not my fav procedure. 🥲

Refused to help with emergency services even with government dental insurance because they "don't make enough profit accepting government insurance", so they only accept private insurance that will cover their outrageously greedy profit margin or $600+ cash for a single tooth pulling, (even though I've never had a tooth pulling cost more than $200 without insurance anywhere else in the country) Reception was ignorant disrespectful and rude, and was one of the most stuck up, snobbish, and greedy places I've ever been too. Great place to go if you wanna have people stick their nose up at you and talk down to you and treat you like garbage and make ignorant remarks based off their discriminatory assumptions about your situation according to what insurance policy you have. And yes, I was flat out told to apply for the CDCP and come back because the ODSP insurance is outdated yous don't make enough $ off it, maybe talk to your staff about the excuses they give the public instead of threatening people for making reviews, and the fact that your threatening legal action and trying bully me to change my review is just proof of the arrogant and disrespectful ways I experienced when attempting to make an appointment with your company.
