I visited the salon today and had my roots and blow dry done by Simona. Although she is an apprentice she does amazing work and has great customer service. Simona is always so pleasant and ensures that I happy with my hair services. I look forward in continuing to support Simona as she continues to work hard and obtain her hairstylist license. Rachel was absolutely amazing! She really understood my curls and gave me the best cut and balayage I’ve ever had. She took her time, explained everything, and made sure I left feeling confident and loving my hair. The entire team was wonderful as well — friendly, attentive, and made the visit such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I can’t recommend Rachel at Studio Bivio enough! She consistently gives me amazing haircuts and blowouts that not only look great but also keep my hair healthy. She really knows how to balance style with hair care, which is something I truly appreciate. Rachel is professional, attentive, and always makes me feel comfortable in the chair. All of the girls there are wonderful stylists and you can’t go wrong booking with any of them. Definitely a salon I recommend over and over again.
