Good studio with nice instructors. I like the different options for classes to pick from something for everyone. Elgin is one of my favorites he always gives such a great classes very fun, always challenging, he explains all the exercises very well and give us options on making it easier or harder. Mélanie spin classes are also great and her music is always good.

I tried both spinclass and hot yoga and I was blown away by how well professional and we'll trained the staff is, how clean the facilities are, and how well put together the training programs are. My biggest concern was that the hot yoga room will not be heated enough but to my pleasant surprise I found that the room was well heated and humidified. I absolutely recomend boomerang to anyone who is looking to have a good time while burning calories.
