I love the ambiance of this studio and found it very comfortable to slip into as a newcomer. I felt welcomed and acknowledged, without feeling overwhelmed by cliques or high social pressures. Because of the delicate balance struck, I was able to enter into my own flow state quickly in a very peacefully structured place, while also being adequately challenged by the coaching to really push my personal development. I am grateful to have found this studio and highly recommend it!

I came in for a couple classes while we were visiting family in Hershey. The studio is a short walk from Hershey Lodge. It has a peaceful vibe and is very clean. They provide mats in case you don’t want to travel with yours. The instructors were great and the classes were amazing. I’ll definitely pop into a class next time we are in town.

I cannot speak good enough about this yoga Pilates studio. I first tried new student intro package and I love it so much that I became a semi annual membership holder. It’s the best investment you could have regarding your health and fitness .They have variety classes schedule to choose from in accordance with your schedule. The owner is very passionate for teaching yoga and very inspirational and the staffs are amazing! I highly recommended!

My first yoga studio I regularly attended back in 2023 and onward. Followed them from their original location to here. Sonya's class is the perfect hot power yoga and they offer plenty of Pilates classes that are all high intensity. Highly recommend
