This is my favourite place to shop, not only because this is the only place that sells clothes that fit me, but all of the workers are so friendly and welcoming. Never once have I entered the store without being greeted. Rizza and another sweet lady are usually there to greet me as I am in the store almost weekly. Definitely check this store out if you have kids, or are too small to fit other clothes like me! 😁

It's a wonderful place for kids clothing excellent service! They see helpful all time. They have good clothing, etc. other stuff good quality of clothing. Employees are kind, wonderful. My daughters love the clothes, but I do not love the staff. The last 2 visits were terrible. This past time there were 3 employees that I saw. 1 was ignoring everyone, 1 was popping pimples in the back mirror and the other was trying to ring customers through and help on the floor. We couldn't even get help for a change room, we just went into ones that got left open by other customers.

5 Stars – Excellent Customer Service! I had a fantastic experience with Christiana at Urban Kids in Midtown Mall. I needed to exchange two pairs of jogging pants that pilled badly after just one wash, and she handled everything with kindness and understanding. She took care of all my needs without hesitation, making the process smooth and stress-free. As a regular shopper, it meant a lot to feel heard and appreciated.
