Final edit 01/17: Scheduling was a little bit messy and confusing but they did eventually replace the driver's seat for me. The replacement is solid but the fabric is a little more worn than the old one, no biggie though. I would recommend Success Auto Sales if you are okay with the fact that the car will likely need repairs immediately after purchase, and either have the money or skills to get it repaired. And/or do a pre-purchase inspection (although you'll have to get a mobile mechanic as they won't allow you to take it to a shop) Edit 12/22: I called just now and they immediately asked me to bring it in to see what they can do to help, so I will leave the rating as is for now and update with the resolution. Edit 12/21: Today I noticed the seat was a little more wiggly than I would expect so I got out and looked at it and saw that it is being held in place by a wire attached to the rail. This is a huge safety concern. I am very frustrated and will be reaching out to them tomorrow. I will update with what they say but as of right now I cannot recommend them. If this came undone while driving it would cause an accident and I find it hard to believe nobody noticed this while detailing and repairing the car. Letting me drive off the lot with this is incredibly careless. Edit 12/19: I took it to firestone to have it checked out and while I expect some issues with a car this age, they did not complete the tie rod end replacement and I had to pay over $400 to get it finished so I could have my alignment done. I am not upset about the other issues with the car because you accept some risk buying a nearly 30 year old car and they are all relatively minor, but they should do a complete job if they are going to tell me they replaced the tie rod ends. Still would consider returning to them however, just be aware of the potential to need to fix some things yourself. I saw a 2002 Subaru Forester online at success auto and went to check it out and to my dismay it had already sold. I was ready to leave but the manager Rosario wanted to show me a few other cars and I figured I would humor him. He was very up front with any issues, such as mentioning a car had a reconstructed title and pulled up the info about why right away to show me. He was a very good sales agent, not pushy at all and seemed to want to find the right fit for me. He ended up showing me a 97 Honda crv that had just been detailed and hadn't even made it onto their site yet. I test drove this car and I really liked it but noticed it had a steering issue causing loud clunking at low speeds and the brake dash light to come on. I mentioned it and was again ready to leave but he said no problem, if you buy it we'll fix it. He was happy to answer my myriad questions and waited patiently while I did some research, looked the car over and talked to my dad. He also offered to replace the damaged bumper and do some other maintenance at a reduced cost in the future. They had the steering issue fixed within less than 24 hours. There are some other minor issues I noticed but nothing that wouldn't be expected of a car this age (serpentine belt squeal, alignment). He was also very willing to work with my budget and gave me a good deal on the car. It's obvious he cares about making sure his customers walk away happy and with the perfect vehicle, and the selection is vast, far beyond what they've got online, so if you're in the market be sure to check them out. I have to give a shout to Julian as well who also answered some questions for me and did the paperwork with me. He made good conversation and was very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys, I'll definitely have you in mind next time I need a car!

Great job guys. I really appreciated working with Ben and Micah on my new/used Ford Explorer. They made the process of buying a car smooth and easy, and as promised when we got a better financing offer they jumped right on it and called me to come resign papers. They kept my price range in mind, and worked diligently to stay within my budget. Hopefully i dont need another rig for a while, but i know where to go when i do.

Damn good dealership in town. The staff was great, helped me a ton and got me financing my first proper car and even called me the day after to resign with a better deal. Absolutely no funny business or weird angles just honest salesmen making a living and helping you find something that works for ya. Ask for Chris if you want the goat

Would be 5 stars but the car has a couple minor issues that I was not told about aside from the engine code wich they let me scan myself wich was nothing major. all fixable in total for under 200$ so no biggie but still would have been nice to know. I will not blame the salesman thoe my boy Chris seemed like a pretty honest guy. Chris is also great with helping you out if you got low or in my case no credit history. Chris also made my first time at the dealership very easy and it ended up being way less of a headache then I originally thought thanks to Chris👍
