This gym has EVERYTHING. A huge boxing ring, an MMA cage, wrestling mats, a BUNCH of lifting equipment, 3 bathrooms with even a shower inside. Think of any workout equipment you might want to use, they have it, its open literally 24/7, for 30 bucks a MONTH !? You cannot beat that. Oh, i forgot to mention, they also teach a variety of different combat-sports arts.
Great gym. No complains about the equipment or the people. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The only problem I have is during the summer it’s very hot. I don’t know if they don’t have air conditioning or what… but it makes it very hard to lift or train. At some points it’s difficult it breath due to all the trapped heat… they have some fans, but it’s not enough for everyone… but I would still recommend this gym…
I’ve been an Asst. coach at Sud’N Impact Gym since 2017. I currently teach Karate for youth program, and Self Defense. Over the years I’ve grown as a staple in this gym. And everyone is family. It’s a great gym where everyone can be themselves and come meet and make new friends and connect with the community. Do yourself a favor and stop in and look around.
